31,000 Mazda CX-9s Recalled Over Faulty Seats

Folks over at Mazda must be really upset these days because almost 31,000 CX-9 crossovers were recalled to Mother Ship because apparently there’s a problem with the driver’s seat.

A bad routing of wires can cause a short-circuit activating the power-adjustment mechanism and this happens only at models built during 2007 and 2009. If the problem persists it can modify the seating position and sometimes it can even cause the seat to move while the car is in motion.

The manufacturer announced that starting with the 9th of March the problem will be solved by dealers everywhere.
