Audi R8 Spyder unveilling
Word on the market is that Audi R8 Spyder will have the debut alongside the A5 Sportback in Septmeber, whent he Frankfurt Motor Show takes place. But two reports issues by Car and Driver, say that at the show there will probabbly be one less vehicle stand there and just one engine available. But the 2011 Audi R8 Spyder will probably have a 525 hp motor with 5.2-liter V10. This also means no V8 and a six-speed manual gearbox or the R-tronic automated transmission. Audi seems to like the V10 and shows signs of sticking with it. Specialists say that the Audi A8 will be presented after the LA Auto Show which will take place in December. This decision could be because Audi doesn’t want to slow down the sales for the current A8 in the big markets. There is also an hypotesis that states the car will be shown in January next year, during the auto show in Detroit.
