BMW X6 ActiveHybrid
The BMW X6 ActiveHybrid arrives! This great looking gas-electric X6 will be the most powerful hybrid created so far. The car has 480 peak horsepower and diesel-like plateau – 575 lb-ft of torque. The great power comes from twin electric motors and a twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8 engine. All these horses will work together through a seven-speed dual-mode transmission and BMW’s xDrive all-wheel-drive system. The car will go to sixty in about 5.4 seconds. You should also know that the top speed is limited to 130 miles per hour. EPA hasn’t tested the car yet but BMW says it will show great results. The car will be officially shown at Frankfurt Motor Show this September.
