This year, at the Geneva Motor Show, the Zagato designers came up with their own version of the Fiat 500 Coupe. Following the increased attention that the Fiat Zagato enjoyed in the Swiss event, Sergio Marchionne decided that the small model that bears the signature of Zagato to enter series production, and will be manufactured at the Toluca factory, in Mexico.
The Fiat 500 Coupe Zagato will be designed as a limited edition, but the number of units that will be produced ??or the price have not yet been established. The main design change of the 500 Coupe Zagato is the arch of the roof line, which is slightly tilted compared to the series version.
Under the hood of the 500 Zagato we will find a TwinAir propeller developed by the Fiat Powertrain Technologies, which delivers 105 HP at 5,500 rpm and that develops 155 Nm of torque at 2,500 rpm.

The new Fiat model will try to combine the flexibility and practicality in an original way. The Fiat Freemont has a length of 4890 mm, a width of 1880 mm and a height of 1720 mm. The Italian model with American origins has the longest wheelbase in its segment – 2890 mm. Thanks to the long wheelbase the Fiat Freemont offers seven seats as standard. The availability of the third row of seats is increased due to the fact that the rear doors open to a maximum angle of 90 degrees. The third row of seats can be folded in one simple move to increase the volume of the trunk.

Regarding the engines, the new Fiat Freemont will be offered with two versions of power by a 2.0 liter Multijet engine. Thus, the propeller will provide either 140 HP or 170 HP. Initially, Fiat will offer the Freemont in front-wheel drive version and manual transmission, but later it will be introduced a version with automatic transmission, and several four-wheel drive versions. In the standard version, the Fiat Freemont will have seven airbags, ABS with Brake Assist, ESP with Hill Holder and an electronic safety system that prevents overturning.

To be eligible for the Car of the Year award, a car must be launched in Europe during 2010 and appear on at least two continents until June 2011.

In this year finalists list, the best represented car manufacturers are Citroen and Nissan with three models each (C3, C4 and DS3, respectively Juke, Leaf and Micra). Renault with the Wind is also on the list along with the first Romanian SUV manufactured by Dacia, The Duster.

The preparations for the production of Fiat Uno have begun early this year when the Italian car manufacturer has invested over 149.5 million euros in the Serbian factory. Fiat Uno new generation will measure 3.770 mm length, 1.940 mm height and 1.643 mm width.

The Italian car manufacturer described the model as an entry-level in the B segment and that will have a competitive price.

The car will have a complete new body kit that will feature front fascia, lower side skirts and a brand new rear bumper with a diffuser and pair of chrome exhaust tips. The package will be completed by 17-inch wheels and a small spoiler.

On the inside the SS sports a set of bolstered buckets. Unfortunately we have no engine specs just yet but rumor is that the hood will hide a 1.4-liter turbocharged with 160HP and a six-speed manual.

The Fiat 500 Abarth EsseEsse will be presented next week at the Paris Motor Show.

Vernagallo-Holiday and SALT are the two companies responsible for the design and they did their best to make this van a modern version of the beach buddy, a car that goes way back to the 60’s.

Fiat Portofino is a stylish and practical vehicle for the entire family. It measures 1.7 m wide and 4 m long and the 1/3 – 2/3 split rear seat can be removed anytime making place for luggage when you go out for holidays. The floor of the car has a nice wood finish while the seats have waterproof upholstery.

Even so, in the U.S, Tata won’t be sold as a Fiat. They already have there an agreement with Jaguar and there’s no point spoiling it. For now, Nano will be sold in markets where Fiat is the leader.

Now all we have to do is wait for it in dealerships worldwide.

You might think a convertible but the 500 Opening Edition is a fixed-roof hot-hatch that hides under the hood a 160hp engine.

This new “Opening Edition” boasts with a red brake calipers behind special 17" alloys in white or titanium finish, tinted glass and a revised interior with red leather and special badging with a serial number plate.

Only 100 examples of the 500 Abarth Opening Edition will be available for buyers and you can choose between pearl white and Campovolo gray color versions.

Named Fiorino Qubo, the new Fiat model will appear in showrooms in Europe starting next week, at a starting price of 13.000 euros for the Italian market.

The compact MPV will be powered by a multijet 1.3 liters diesel engine and 75 HP and a 1.4 liters gas engine and 73 HP.

The new Fiorino People-Carrier will be launched for the first time this month in France, followed in July and August in Austria, Poland and Hungary. Autumn will be reserved for countries like Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Ireland, Belgium and Switzerland. In Great Britain and Denmark it will be launched only in the spring of next year.
