Chevy Volt Production In 2010
For those that don’t know, the Chevy Volt is an electric/hybrid car with 4 seats. If you drive less than 40 miles each day, then the Chevy Volt will run on electric power alone, with zero emissions or fuel consume. Over that distance, it will use the power source to recharge the batteries. The total range of the car is 640 miles, and let’s face it, it also looks great.
GM announced that the car will enter production at the end of 2010, which probably means November, and we’re guessing that in 2011 there will be over 100,000 Chevy Volt cars on the streets.
The price of the Chevy Volt will be between $35.000 and $40.000.
