Dodge Challenger SRT8

According to some official information released in the press, Hennessey’s Dodge Challenger SRT8 is ready to be upgraded as we speak. These changes involve mainly the car’s engine and will be implemented in two levels as it follows: the first up to 620hp at 5,200 rpm and 650 lb-ft of torque and the second up to 650 hp at 4,800 rpm and 680 lb-ft. of torque.
In addition to all that the Challenger SRT8 will boast with Garrett 67 mm Ball-Bearing turbocharger, new cold air induction system, new exhaust system and high flow cylinder heads with polished combustion chambers and lowered compression ratio.
This car will make its owner proud because the 620hp model can reach 60 mph in 3.8 sec while the 650hp version can do it in only 3.6 seconds.
