Date: 5 May 2008 Comments: 2 so far

Rupert Stadler, an Audi executive recently declared to an auto magazine that in the next 5-10 years they will be offering electric Audi cars that have no exhaust emissions. He also said that he believes that the dominant engines in the next 10 years will be based on Diesel or batteries.

When asked if Audi isn’t behind his main German competitors in this field (Mercedes and BMW), he replied that Audi has larger research capabilities and they can catch up.

As for others entering this field, BMW will decide if they will offer such a model this year, while General Motors will offer the Chevrolet Volt in 2010.

seems like the tires are like balls heres an idea that nobody thought about why not put something in all the 4 tires so it can recharge the batteries from the friction? friction alone is alot of electricity and that way u eliminate solar panels i got an idea for a car that uses ball wheeles such as how this car looks to make it keep going and a longer distance for traveling
