Mercedes SL63 AMG IWC
Before entering motor shows all over the world, Mercedes SL has already a special edition made in co-operation with the Swiss watchmaker , IWC.
The German car manufacturer and the Swiss watch manufacturer are not at the first co-operation. In 2004 the co-operation between the two firms produced the Mercedes CLS55 AMG IWC Engineer.
This year special edition was developed on the high performance SL63 AMG, and will be limited to 200 cars. On the exterior the design made by AMG for the SL63 was not modified, the only detail of this special edition is the white pearled paint.
The interior has many fittings like Tobago nappa brown leather, mate-finish carbon fiber and the IWC logo in the central console and on the doors.
The power comes from the same 525 HP engine that can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.6 seconds with a top speed of 300 km/h.
The future clients of SL63 AMG IWC will get an IWC watch called Grosser Ingenieur.
