Porsche loan rejected

Date: 30 Jun 2009 Comments: 0

It seems that Porsche has some financial problems. They are smaller than the larger Volkswagen has but the cash is still a problem for them. Automotive News says the luxury sports car producer has asked a s 1.75 billion euro ($2.45 billion USD) as a loan from the German state bank KFW. It also seems the loan was rejected and now Porsche needs to get the money from somewhere else.  In March, Porsche got 10.75 billion euros ($15.1B) in financing from some banks but now the situation seems harder. They have already looked for money outside Europe, in Qatar. News is still expected.
