Renault’s competition with the Alfa GTA and the MINI JCW was no longer a secret in the auto industry. At this year’s Geneva Motor Show, the French manufacturer decided to amaze everyone with the new Megane RS model.

This new 4-wheeled baby runs on a 2.0-liter 16-valve turbo four delivering 250-hp. That’s way better than the 230 horsies dragging the old R26.R.

The RS will be available in Sport and Cup chassis versions featuring some esthetic cues from the Trophy racer concept along with center-exit exhaust and front grille splitter.

As you can see from the picture below the car looks very aggressive and that’s not bad at all considering the French revolutionary spirit.
