The new Volkswagen Scirocco is attracting more and more fans each day and that’s why the manufacturer has recently decided to release on the market a more powerful version.

This Scirocco on steroids will be called R20T and will sport a 2.0 liter turbo engine delivering 245hp just like the one on Audi S3. Now, the car will go from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in less than 6 seconds while its top speed will be limited to 155 mph (250 km/h).

The R20T will resemble a lot to the GT24 race car and its debut was announced for 2010 together with a £25,000 ($38,500) price tag.
